イサーン風ラープ

「イサーン風ラープを食べるでしょう？」
「うん」
うんとは言ったものの、イサーン風のラープとはどんなものなのか
知らない。イサーンというのはタイ東北部のことだ。
この地方は土地が痩せているので作物が育たず貧しい農家が多い。
どんなラープだか知らないけど、ラープは好物だ。
「出来たわよ」
皿に乗ったものを見て驚いた。
先日の砂肝のラープと同じものだ。砂肝はコリコリして歯ざわりが
いい。これも美味い。
