海老のラープ

ラープがあった。俺の大好きな料理だ。ラープを摘んだ。
「何だ、この味は？」
今までに味わったことのない味だ。
これは一体何の肉だ？



「ヌチャナート！これはなんだい？」
「それは海老のラープよ」
今までにこんなラープを食べたことがない。
海老の甘みと唐辛子の辛味それとミントの香りがいい。
こんな味がタイにあったのだ。
タイの料理も奥が深い。
